The Edwin on Grand
Mixed-use building in Midtown St. Louis anchored by a 70,000 square foot Target store with 199 luxury apartments above. The Edwin displays a rooftop pool with unobstructed views of downtown St. Louis, fitness center, lounge, pet spa, and fully amenitized high-end living spaces. The building connects the Steelcote Square District to Grand Boulevard by extending Papin Street and was completed in early 2024.
